1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Term	Meaning
Platform	The bigwin33 website, mobile interface, and any associated applications operated at bigwin33.lat.
Account	A registered member account created by a User on the bigwin33 Platform.
Wager / Bet	Any stake placed by a User on any game, sports event, or casino product offered through the Platform.
Real Money	Funds deposited by a User for the purpose of placing Wagers, denominated in MYR or its crypto equivalent.
Bonus Funds	Promotional credits awarded by bigwin33, subject to separate wagering and withdrawal conditions.
KYC	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bigwin33 before processing withdrawal requests.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on bigwin33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through bigwin33, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, online slots, poker, and horse racing. Product-specific rules may supplement these Terms and shall be read in conjunction with them.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on bigwin33, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bigwin33 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to Malaysian users.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, agent, or affiliate of bigwin33 or any of its associated entities.
• You are not located in or a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation under applicable laws.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

bigwin33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on bigwin33. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if any detail changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bigwin33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

bigwin33 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an Account or close an existing Account without being required to provide a reason, provided that any undisputed Real Money balance is returned to the Account holder following completion of applicable KYC checks.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bigwin33 accepts the following payment channels for Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrency wallets.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within the Platform. Deposits are generally credited in real time; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. bigwin33 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though actual transfer times depend on the receiving bank or payment provider. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents prior to releasing any withdrawal.

Funds may only be withdrawn to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the bigwin33 Account. Any attempt to withdraw to a third-party account will be declined and may trigger a fraud investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bigwin33 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the respective promotion page, which form part of these Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money and must meet the specified wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the promotional validity period. Any unconverted Bonus Funds expire at the end of this period.
• bigwin33 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that wagering already in progress is honoured under the original terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any pattern of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed through bigwin33 are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as product-specific rules applicable to each game category — including sportsbook, live casino, online slots, poker, and horse racing.

bigwin33 reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet at its discretion where:

• A technical error, system fault, or erroneous odds was the basis for the bet;
• The bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded or a material outcome was already known;
• There is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or other fraudulent activity;
• The bet violates any applicable product-specific rule.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of bigwin33's adjudication team is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined on our FAQ page.

Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be updated from time to time. bigwin33 is not obligated to accept any bet beyond published limits.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bigwin33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts for the purpose of gaining unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with or manipulate Platform games or betting markets;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in poker or table game formats;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in Platform software — any such error must be reported to support immediately;
• Laundering funds or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Providing false identity, age, or residency information during registration or KYC;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or access the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening bigwin33 staff or other users via any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bigwin33 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of bigwin33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written consent.

10. Privacy & Data

bigwin33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk when using the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bigwin33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bigwin33's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money held in that User's Account at the time the claim arose.

bigwin33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We reserve the right to suspend the Platform for scheduled maintenance or emergency remediation without prior notice.

12. Termination

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to bigwin33 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC clearance.

bigwin33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement directive;
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your Account;
• You are identified as a problem gambler and continuing to provide services is inconsistent with our responsible gaming obligations.

Termination for cause may result in permanent forfeiture of Bonus Funds and, in cases of confirmed fraud, forfeiture of Real Money balances as permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bigwin33 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral institution in the licensing jurisdiction.

Malaysian users access the bigwin33 platform at their own discretion and legal responsibility. bigwin33 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or legally accessible in Malaysia. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform complies with your local laws.

14. Changes to These Terms

bigwin33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to a change in the Terms, you should close your Account before the revised Terms take effect. You will not be penalised for closing your Account solely on the basis of disagreement with an amendment.
